After 11 years as a YMCA Camp Director, Carl first joined Antioch back in 2002 as the children’s and family minister. In 2009, he and his family were called to plant the Message Christian Church in Ontario, Canada. In 2021, they moved back once again to join the Antioch team, this time serving at the Oelwein Campus. Carl and his wife Amy have 4 kids (3 of whom are married) and 3 grandkids.
